BSE™ Policies and Regulations
Members Only – Only registered members may participate
at BSE™ events. Members must be at least 21 years of age and have valid
photo identification at all events. Once registered, Members are assigned a
9 digit BSE ID to track BSE points earned at participating events. In order
to receive points and qualify for invitational tournaments, Members must use
their BSE ID when signing in and out at an event.
BSE™ Policies – All Members that register and
participate in BSE™ events agree to adhere to all BSE™ policies
and regulations. Any violations of BSE policies and regulations can result
in disciplinary actions such as warnings, temporary suspension of playing
privileges, or complete removal from the league, at the ED’s / Host’s
discretion. BSE™ Managers, Sponsors, Hosts, and/or Event Directors
reserve the right to cancel any event, or alter it in a manner fair to the
Members. Only English may be spoken at the table during play.
No Gambling – BSE™ is a FREE-TO-PLAY league. In
order to insure we remain lawful and protect our hosts and Members, ABSOLUTELY
NO GAMBLING IS ALLOWED at our tournament events. State law prohibits
placing any form of currency on the poker table, so please do not place any
money on the table during an event. Pay the wait staff away from the
tables to avoid any misunderstandings. Violating these rules is immediate
grounds for expulsion from the event and disciplinary actions.
Inappropriate Behavior – Abusive behavior such as
verbal or physical threats, chastising opponents play, obscene or profane
language, creating a disturbance by arguing, shouting, or making excessive
noise, throwing equipment, destroying property, or carrying a weapon is grounds
for immediate suspension of playing privileges and can result in complete
removal from the league, at the ED’s / Host’s discretion.
Bad Etiquette – The following actions are improper
and can result in disciplinary actions: Touching other Members cards or chips,
rabbit hunting, acting out of turn, splashing the pot, revealing another
Members hand, interfering with the visibility of cards or chips, making statements
or actions that might influence play in an unfair manner.
BSE™ Points – Top 16 finishers
at every BSE™ session win points. It is the players responsibility
to sign in and sign out with the ED and provide their BSE™ ID (EDs
may ask to see valid photo ID for verification).
Blinds – BSE™ tournament events usually raise
blinds every 15 minute. Blinds may be shortened or lengthened to accommodate
play. BSE™ reserves the right to adjust blinds as necessary at ED discretion.
Conflict Resolution – All resolutions to conflicts
regarding a hand may only be made before the next hand starts.
